摘 要:分析萨北开发区进入特高含水开发阶段后,地面工程系统存在剩余能力较大;外输泵运行不合理;聚驱开发引起的水质不达标;二合一加热炉损坏加剧等问题。针对这些问题大庆油田第三采油厂通过实施优化调整地面系统;扩大常温集输井数;推广先进的节能技术;以及采用优化注采结构等措施,保证萨北开发区特高含水期的高效开发。Analysed the large residual capacity of the surface engineering system in the period of high watercut development of Sabei development area,the output pumps are working with unreasonable operating characteristic,the water quality is off spec due to polymer drive development,the separator-heater unit is wearing rapidly. Against those issues the Third oil production Plant of Daqing Oilfield carried out the optimized adjustment of the surface system,enlarged the number of wells with oil gathered and transported under normal temperature;popularized the advanced energy saving technology and adopted the optimized structure for injection and recovery,improved the high efficient development in the period of high watercut development of Sabei development area.
