摘  要:分析了由于油田产量递减致使原油处理系统负荷率和油田伴生气产量降低;污水处理后水质中悬浮物含量、菌类含量超标严重;油田设施老化等问题产生的原因及危害;油田环境污染治理与环保目标差距较大。针对上述问题论述了统筹规划逐步实施地面工程战略调整,3年内确保注水水质达标,解决冬季生产缺气的矛盾,提高维修改造投资效益及强化油田环境治理,加快绿色油田建设步伐。Analysed the reasons and hazard due to the reducing of the loading rate of the oil treatment system,the reducing of the productivity of associated gas,the off spec of the treated oily water in respect of suspended solids content,bacteria content,the aging of the oilfield 25 facilities. There is a large gap to the environment protection and environment contamination control target. Against foregoing problems narrated the overall planning and stepwise implementation of the strategic adjustment of the surface engineering,in three years to reach the quality target of injection water quality,to solve the problem of gas shortage in winter,raise the investment effectiveness on repairing and reconstruction,to strengthen the oilfield environment control,to facilitate the step of green oilfield construction.
