摘　　要：大庆油田第八采油厂属于大庆外围油田,随着开发时间的延长,地面系统暴露出诸多不适应性,造成油田生产成本高,开发整体效益差。本文系统分析了第八采油厂油田各系统存在的主要矛盾,针对当前存在的问题,结合油田的长远开发,研究确定老油田优化调整方案,提出了需要攻关的技术难题以及油田增效开发措施。The Eighth oil production Plant of Daqing oilfield located on the periphery. With the time being. there are much uniformity discovered in the surface system,which caused the raising of oil production cost,the poor overall effectiveness of development. The article analysed the main contradiction existing in the various systems of Eighth oil production Plant. Against the recently existing problems and combining with the long-term development requirement of the oilfield,worked out the optimized adjustment case of the old oilfield and the technical subjects of research work and the measures for effective development of the oilfields. 28
