摘　　要：在经济全球化的过程中 ,人们对知识的占有欲是空前的 ,图书馆应创造良好的法制环境 ;调整内部结构、建立科学的用人机制 ;工作社会化 ,坚持以人为本 ,以用户为中心的指导思想 。People seem to be more and more eager to seek knowledge in the economic ylobalization.It is very important for chinese libraries to seize the opportunity to creat good legal circumstances,adjust their internal structures,construct scientific personnel mechanism and stick to the social benefits.All the developments and properity should revolve around rendering good service to readers.
