多巴胺对PC12细胞活性的影响及三七皂苷-Rg_1的保护作用

摘　　要：采用细胞化学及生物化学方法研究了三七皂苷-Rg_1对多巴胺引起的PC12细胞损伤的保护作用。结果表明:三七皂苷-Rg_1对PC12细胞损伤有明显的改善作用,可显著提高PC12细胞的增殖活性,同时降低培养上清中乳酸脱氢酶的释放量及细胞内凋亡蛋白Bax的表达,这提示三七皂苷-Rg_1对神经系统由于多巴胺氧化引起的损伤有明显的治疗和保护作用。Protective effect of saponin-Rg, from notoginseng on PC12 cell damage induced by dopamine was studied. The results showed that saponin -Rgj had significant protective effect on PC12. It could increase the number of live cells and the expression of Bax protein in cells, and decrease LDH activity in supernatant. These results indicated that saponin -Rg, from notoginseng had therapeutic and protective effect on oxidative damages in nerve system.
