摘　　要：介绍了南京第二邮政枢纽生产楼大面积软弱地基处理方法———一种颇具特色的换填法,以及由于室外回填土施工方案失误造成地下室底板隆起开裂的处理方法———袋装砂井与堆载联合法。Nanjing No.2Postal Building's huge plan soft soil solution,which is a special soil-replacing method,is presented,and solution for the upswelling and cracking of the bot-tom floor caused by the malfunction of construction program to backfill soil around the base-ment ,fabric-enclosed drain and loading method is also given.
