摘 要:在对半固态挤压工艺实质进行分析研究的基础上,建立了半固态挤压复合材料变形体传热有限元模型,基于Fortran语言及Matlab开发了半固态挤压复合材料成形过程仿真及动态显示软件,可以对液态金属浸渗、凝固、挤压状态进行动态跟踪,得到任意时刻复合材料变形体内部的温度分布规律和液态熔池位置,并能够直观、形象地显示出来。仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好,说明了有限元模型及其仿真软件的可靠性。为工艺过程设计、预测成形质量和选择最佳工艺参数提供了理论依据。Based on the analysis of the substance of semi-solid extrusion process, the FEM mathematic model of the heat transfer of the deformed body in the process has been built in this paper. The relative simulation and dynamic display software is programmed by using Fortran language and Matlab, by which the status of infiltration and solidification of liquid metal and extrusion of semi-solid metal can be followed, and the temperature fields and unsolidified metal position inner the composite deformed body at any time can be directly displayed. The simulation results and the experiments are in a good accordance, which proves that the FEM model and the simulation software are reliable. By this research, a theoretic basis for the process design, the optimum process parameter selection and forming quality forecast has been provided.
