摘  要:采用CSTR产酸发酵反应罐-UASBAF复合厌氧反应池-CAR交叉流好氧反应池这一高效生物处理工艺治理了哈尔滨中药二厂的生产废水,并进行了生产性试验研究.结果表明,此工艺可以有效地处理该厂高浓度难降解有机中药废水,在进水浓度为7000~40000mg/L时,COD总去除率可达99%以上,出水可以达到松花江水系排放标准.A high-powered biological process with Continuous Flow Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR)-Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket-Anaerobic Filter reactor (UASBAF)-Cross Flow Aerobic Reactor (CAR) used to treat the wastewater from Secondary Traditional Chinese Medicine Producing Factory of Harbin was developed and full-scale studies based on this process were carried out. The results show that the new process is effective for the high strength refractory wastewater from traditional Chinese medicine production. The COD removal efficiency was more than 99% with the influent COD concentration of 7000-40000 mg/L, the stable character of effluent is able to reach the relative standard of Songhua River.
