摘  要:针对柴油机表面振动信号的非平稳时变特性,采用局域波分析方法将实测信号分解为多个内蕴模式分量,提出了基于内蕴模式分量K-L信息量的柴油机故障检测方法.然后以正常状态为参考状态,对活塞缸套间的3种磨损故障实例进行了分析,结果证明了该方法在柴油机故障诊断中的有效性和工程实用性.Aiming at the non-stationary time-varying characteristics of the vibration signal from diesel engine surface, tested signals were decomposed to number of intrinsic mode weights using local-wave method, and these weights were analyzed by time series method, then the method for fault diagnosis of diesel engine was presented based on K-L information. Three stations of piston-linear wear were diagnosed in view of normal station. The results show that this method is valid and practicable in engineering.
