杭州地区猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒抗体的血清学调查

摘　　要：从浙江省杭州地区 2 8个猪场采集猪血清 1 6 77份 ,用间接荧光免疫试验进行了猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒 (PCV 2 )抗体检测。共检出抗体阳性血清 96 0份 ,总阳性率为 5 7.2 5 % ,其中经产母猪的阳性率为 6 2 .32 % ,后备母猪的阳性率为 5 5 .5 5 % ,断奶后仔猪的阳性率为 5 5 .4 8% ,断奶前仔猪的阳性率为 5 2 .98%。血清学调查结果显示 ,PCVA total of 1 677 serum samples from 28 pig farms in Hangzhou were tested for the presence of antibodies against porcine circovirus 2 (PCV 2) using indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) technique. Antibodies against PCV 2 were detected in 960 serum samples. Overall seroprevalences were 57.25% for all, 62.32% for sows, 55.55% for per sows, 55.48% for post weaning piglets, 52.98% for unweaned piglets, respectively. These results revealed that infection of PCV 2 was prevalent in the pig herds in Hangzhou region of Zhejiang Province.
