摘 要:用激光粒度分布仪快速测试立式磨超细加工的矿渣粉体的颗粒级配,应用分形理论分析评价了颗粒群的粒度分布特征,测试、计算了不同细度颗粒群的相应的分形维数.研究表明,超细矿渣粉颗粒群具有很好的自相似特征,在激光粒度分布仪下,根据分形理论可以迅速测试、计算出其粉体的分形维数,评价颗粒群的分形特征,为探索超细粉体细度特征与活性的内在规律和建立相关的数学模型提供重要的依据.颗粒群分形特征可以用于精细地评价超细粉体的细度和描述粉体颗粒群的复杂程度.活性测试表明,用分形维数评价的矿渣细度与其7d、28d活性具有很好的线性相关特征.In this paper, superfine slag powders produced by vertical mill are studied with the Laser Fineness Gage. The characteristic of granularity distribution of superfine slag powder is investigated using fractal theory. Its fractal dimension of different fineness slag powders is tested and counted. The result shows that superfine slag powders have selfsimilar characteristics as well. With the Laser Fineness Gage, the fractal dimension of superfine slag powders might be tested and counted with fractal theory and its characteristics might be fast evaluated. The inherent law between powder fineness and activity is well studied, and the mathematics model is well built with the result of this paper. The fractal characteristics of powders might be used to meticulously evaluate fineness of superfine powders and be used to describe complexity of powders. The test of activation indicates that slag fineness appraised by fractal dimension has fine linear relevant characteristic with its 7?d,28?d activity.
