摘　　要：从金黄色葡萄球菌滤液制剂中分离、纯化得到一种多胺类物质,结构确定为精胺.We obtained one pure polyamine from staphylococcus aureus filtrate (SAF) by cation exchange resin column chromatography. The cell experiments proved that it has the accelerative effects on the cartilage cell. By the paper chromatography, HPLC and IR spectrum we have identified it is spermine.
