摘  要:合理设计是保证水库运行安全的基本条件。但如果遇到特大洪水、强烈地震、用水调度管理不当等情况 ,会使水库坝体突然遭到破坏 ,形成灾难性的溃坝 ,给下游造成极其严重的灾害。关门山水库溃坝的洪水演进计算 ,从最不利因素方面考虑(水库溃坝过程设为瞬时全溃),确定了坝址处溃坝最大流量、溃坝最大流量向下游演进过程和溃坝最大流量到达下游某一断面的洪水位高程与时间。Under the designed condition,a reservoir should be guaranteed for safe operation.However,in some exceptional cases such as a catastropic flood,a violent earthquake,troubles in geology of the ground or improper management the dam body could be destroyed abruptly,leading the calamitous dam routing and the flood minght cause an extremely serious disaster to lower reaches.The calculaˉtion of flood for Guan Menshan Mountain Reservoir was made for causing the dam callapsing completely and instaneously.This article discussed the largest flow volum for dam safty at dam site,the gradual progress as the largest flow volum going toward low reaches and the flood's height and time as the largest flow volum reaching a certain section of low reaches.
