茄子叶霉病菌生物学特性及药剂抑菌效果研究

摘　　要：对茄子叶霉病菌[Fulviafulva(Cooke)Cif.]进行了形态特点、生物学特性与药剂抑菌测定等研究。结果表明:本菌与番茄叶霉病菌(F.fulva)的形态比较相似 ,但在孢子大小及细胞数目方面存在一定差异 ;病菌菌丝生长发育温度10～40℃ ,在20～35℃生长良好 ,最适温度30℃ ,属喜高温的病菌 ,与番茄叶霉病菌相比 ,适宜生长温度明显偏高 ;经人工培养测定 ,病菌菌丝在淀粉培养基上生长最好 ;药剂抑菌效果测定表明 ,百菌清抑菌力最强。The biological characteristics for Fulvia fulva and germicide for its control effect were studied.The results showed as folˉlows:There were evident differences on the size and cell number of conidia.In the process of cultivation,30℃was the optimum temperature for mycelial growth.The growth of pathogen was the optimum on the culture medium of starch.Chlorothalonil,fungicide showed good effects of control against mycelial growth of Fulvia fulva.
