摘　　要：介绍了宝新不锈钢有限公司 12辊不锈钢板冷轧机工艺润滑油系统 ,针对该系统在运行中过滤精度差、供油能力不足等问题 ,根据生产实践做了相应改进 ,满足了轧钢生产的要求。同时对系统中关键部件滤芯进行国产化研究 ,并成功使用。This paper introduces the 12 high cold rolling mills rolling oil system at Baoxin Stainless Steel Co.Ltd.Improvement was made to meet the requirements of the rolling process of production which solved the problems of bad auuracy of filtration and insufficient supply of the rolling oil during operation.The paper also studys on how to have the filter element,the critical component of the system,produced domestically,and put it into use successfully.
