摘　　要：通过对超超临界锅炉使用的新材料的焊接性能试验 ,并结合 90 0MW外高桥超临界锅炉的生产制造经验 ,研究了超超临界锅炉的制造工艺方案 ,提出技术改造措施 ,运用机械化的工艺装备来保证产品的质量 ,提升了锅炉制造技术的水平 。Through the welding performance test of new materials used for ultra supercritical boiler, with combination of 900MW Waigaoqiao supercritical boiler manufacture experience, this paper studies the manufacturing procedure proposal and puts forward the retrofit measures, with the mechanical process equipment to ensure the quality of product, improve the boiler manufacturing technology level and have the manufacturing capacity of ultra supercritical boiler of mega class.
