摘  要:针对C5 0型汽轮机组冷态全压启动时 ,临近并机转速或并机后 ,经常出现下缸温升快于上缸 ,造成上下缸温差大的问题 ,经过综合分析 ,并多方面查找原因 ,认为低压加热器随机启动 ,各个抽汽口的导流作用加强了下汽缸的传热 ,使下汽缸温升加快是造成缸温差异常的主要原因。在机组启动的实践中采用了改变圆周进汽、适当延长高速暖机时间、推迟低加的投入等办法 ,通过这些优化运行操作措施达到了有效控制温差的目的 。This article analyzes and discusses the problem that the lower cylinder's temperature grows faster than the upper cylinder of C50\|8 83/1 27 type steam turbine during its cold state start\|up process.This problem result in high temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinder.Based on the practice and the specialty of the turbine,the author thinks that the extraction pipe of the low pressure heaters speed up heat transferring,the lower cylinder's temperature grows very fast is the most imprtant reason.Some optimal operation procedures were taken:changing the full arc admission;prolonging the time for warming while the high speed;delaying the start of the low pressure heaters and so on.Actual operation of the unit showed good improvement.
