摘  要:独山子热电厂粗粉分离器改造前为径向挡板式结构 ,自投产以来存在着煤粉细度大、均匀性差、分离器阻力大、磨损严重、出力不足等问题。采用一种新型的轴向挡板式粗分离器对其原粗粉分离器进行了成功的设计改造。煤粉细度R90 由改前的 2 5 %~ 2 8%降为 1 5 %~ 1 8%左右 ,燃烧着火稳定性显著提高 ,飞灰含碳量降低 ;分离器阻力降低 2 0 % ,大约为 5 0 0~ 70 0Pa。整个机组的效率明显改善。The dust separator of Dushanzi thermal power plant was an old type with radial vane before transformation.The dust separator existed some serious problems such as low separation efficiency,low uniformity,large resistance,wear and tear seriously,not enough output.In this paper,a new kind of dust separator with axial vane was designed to reform the old one.The fineness R 90 of pulverized coal is improved from 25%~28% to 15%~18%,The stability of combustion is more better than before.The proportion of carbon in the ash decreased about.and The resistance of the dust separator decreased to 500-700Pa,the efficiency of the boiler is also increased.
