北京平谷农业主导产业——桃的产业化发展战略研究

摘　　要：本文分析了平谷桃产业化发展的规模、产量、效益和产业化特点 ,总结了平谷桃产业发展的有利因素和发展障碍 ,指出平谷桃产业的“产前”与“产后”的发展尚不平衡 ,今后的发展方向是在继续搞好种植的基础上 ,进一步完善产后的加工、销售环节 ,把平谷桃建成功能更加完善的种植、加工。The scale, yield, benefits and the characteristics of Pinggu peach industrialization were analyzed in this paper. The advantages of peach industry and the obstacles to limit the integrative development were also summed up. Because of the pre production was not proportion to the postproduction, the development stra tegy should center on the improvement of postproduction chains including storing, processing, marketing and so on, with the perfection of pre production planting as well. The Pinggu peach industrialization should develop into multiplex, ecological, integration industry.
