海门市1992～2001年医院传染病漏报调查分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨医院传染病报告情况和漏报原因。方法　对 1992～ 2 0 0 1年海门市辖区内医院的传染病报告情况进行分析。结果　医院甲乙类传染病的总漏报率为 1 5 8% ,淋病的漏报情况很严重 ,其化验室内漏报率达 2 7 18%。传染病报告卡填写完整率为 91 73 % ,及时率为 92 73 % ,准确率为 77 13 %。Objective]To learn the reports of infectious diseases and the causes of the misreported cases from the hospitals.[Methods]Analysis was made on the reports of infectious diseases from the hospitals in Haimen city 1992～2001.[Results]The general rate of misreported cases was 1.58%, The misreporting rate of gonorrhea was 27.18%, which was very serious. 91.73% of the report cards were completely filled in, 92.73% of them were filled in time, and 77.13% of them were accurate.[Conclusion]Administration on the report of sex-transmitted diseases should be strengthened.
