摘 要:本文研究了气体渗碳气/固界面碳传递的基本特性。测定了用发生炉制备的吸热式气氛和用丙酮+甲醇滴注法裂解气氛的碳传递系数,通过数据处理和分析对比表明,这两种气氛的碳传递速度均随渗碳温度和炉气碳势的提高而增大,后者是前者的3~4倍。根据钢件表面渗碳与脱碳反应的热力学数据解释了碳传递模型,指出了碳传递规律在渗碳工艺控制中的应用。The fundamental characteristics of carbon transfer at the gas sold interface in gas carburizing have been measured both of endothermic atmosphere in generator method and the acetone-methanol cracking atmosphere in drop feeding method. The result shows that the carbon transfer increases with temperature of gas carburizing or carbon potential of furnace atmosphere in both methods. And the increase rate in the latter method is three to four times of that of the former. Carbon transfer model has been interpreted on the basis of thermodynamic data of carburizing and decarburizing reaction on the surface of steel parts. Also the application of the carbon transfer law in process control of gas carburizing technology is presented.
