摘　　要：简要介绍《电流互感器和电压互感器选择和计算导则》中关于保护用电流互感器选择和计算的若干较重要的规定:如互感器类型选择原则,什么情况下需要考虑暂态特性;在稳态下,实际准确限值系数的确定方法及应注意问题;暂态特性计算方法及有关参数等问题。Some important provision s in'Guide for selection and calculation of CTs and PTs 'are in tro duced.They are:the principle of the CT type selection,the conditions when the transient charac-teristic should be considered,the determination of actual accuracy limit factor in steady state and the related problems ,the calculation method of transient characteristic and the related parameters and so on.
