摘  要:研究了气体碳氮共渗组织对接触疲劳性能的影响;讨论了材料和工艺对内氧化的影响。试验表明,20CrMnMo钢比20CrMnTi钢有高的抗氧化性和淬透性,因而具有极浅的黑色网状组织、较高的表面残余应力以及很高的接触疲劳寿命。渗层中含氮量较高,硬化层较深,适量的残留奥氏体以及较高的表面残余压应力有利于提高接触疲劳寿命,而渗层中的少量黑色组织并不是影响接触疲劳寿命的主要因素。The effects of gas carbonitrided structure on the contact fatigue were investigated, the effects of materials and heat treatment on internal oxidation were also discussed. Experimental results show that,comparing with 20CrMnTi steel,20CrMnMo steel has less black structure, high residual compression stress of surface and long life of contact fatigue because of its good oxidation resistance and high hardenability. It was found that more case nitrogen content-deeper case depth,proper retained austenite and higher residual compression stress are useful to increase contact fatigne life. A few black structure in the carbonitrided case is not main factor effect on contact fatigue.
