摘　　要：通过对管理控制方法和战略控制方法的比较研究,界定了战略控制的研究重点,指出面对复杂性的战略控制问题是目前研究的重点,对目前面对复杂性的战略控制方法进行了评述,认为技术和方法上的突破能够为解决实际问题提供有力支持。By means of comparisons between management control method and strategic control method, redefine the focus of strategic control, and stress the control under complexity circumstance. This thesis gives the literature review of the present strategic control method under complexity, and makes the conclusion that the technology and method breakthrough improves the settlement of management practice issue.
