摘 要:理论计算及试验表明,为获得马氏体基体的显微组织,中锰白口铸铁的锰含量应小于3.3%。锰含量过高不仅导致残留奥氏体大量增加,而且对最终热处理后中锰白口铸铁的冲击韧性有不利影响。根据该研究结果所发展的Mn3Cr2Mo新型低合金抗磨白口铸铁,用于生产球磨机衬板,其耐磨性为高锰钢衬板的2.32倍。Theoretical calculations and experimental results indicated that the manganese content in medium Mn white cast iron should be less than 3.3(wt%)in order to obtain martensitic matrix after heat treatment. Higher manganese content would not only largely increase the amount of retained austenite,hut also exert an unfavour effect on the impact toughness of medium Mn white cast iron. Based on the research results,a new type of Mn3Cr2Mo low alloy resistant white cast iron was developed and put into producing ball mill liners. It proved that the wear resistance of the Mn3Cr2Mo white cast iron liners was 2. 32 times as much as that of the high manganese steel liners.
