摘　　要：本文论述了一种基于"来电显示"技术的全自动电话集中抄表系统的完整解决方案,该系统克服了现有集抄系统存在的问题,是一种通用集抄系统.可以用于各种表计的远程集抄。本文主要介绍"来电显示"原理、基于"来电显示"的电话通讯模块设计,通讯协议制定以及基于PC机的抄表数据库软件设计。This paper introduces a novel solution of a central meter reading system based on CID(Calling Identity Delivery) technology, by which some problems of present meter reading systems can be solved. The system, which can be used to read almost all kinds of meters, is a universal meter reading system. This paper contains the theory of CID, the designing of the telephone communication module, the communication protocol, programming software and database.
