摘　　要：本文介绍了Advantech公司的PCL-812PG多功能数据采集卡及其在由西门子S7-300 PLC和工业计算机组成的四辊可逆轧机计算机控制系统中的应用,并具体说明了基于Visual Basic下对轧制过程参数进行实时采集和记录功能的实现方法。This paper introduces the Advantech PCL-812PG multifunctional data acquisition card and the application on a four-high reversible mill computer control system, which is composed of a set of industrial PC and SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, then particularizes the realizing of the features for a rolling process data acquisition and logging based on the Visual Basic 6. 0 environment.
