关于进一步完善我国竞技体育举国体制的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、实地考察和专家访谈等方法 ,总结了举国体制的形成与历史贡献 ,剖析了举国体制在当前运行中存在的主要问题 ,提出了完善举国体制的内涵、思路、原则以及需要正确处理的几个关系 ;提出了完善举国体制的举措与实施建议 。In this Paper,the documentary analysis, on the spot investigation and expert interview methods are comprehensively adopted to summarize the formation and historical contribution of the whole nation system, to analyze some main problems existing in the current whole nation system's operation and put forward the connotation, thinking, principle on how to perfect the whole nation system and some relationship needed to correctly deal with. We accordingly put forward some measures and suggestions to perfect the whole nation system with the purpose of providing theoretical foundation and feasible policy suggestion for further perfection the whole nation system and the relative reform.
