摘 要:T8、T10、GCr15等钢在含V、Nb、Cr等金属或其氧化物及适当还原剂的硼砂浴中,于750~1050℃处理0.5~8h,钢铁表面便分别形成VC、NbC、Cr_7C_3等碳化物层。如果浴中含有Cr、V_2O_5及适量B_4C时,则可形成复合碳化物层。研究了盐浴组成和处理条件对形成碳化物层的作用,并用金相、X射线衍射和电子探针研究了被覆层的形貌、相组成及元素分布。还进行了耐磨、耐蚀和抗氧化性能测试。试验结果表明,形成的碳化物被覆层平滑、致密,均匀,与基体结合力强,有很高的硬度,表现出优异的耐磨、耐蚀及抗氧化性能。When T8,T10A,GCr15 steel etc. had been treated at 750~1050℃ for 0.5~8h in a fused borax bath containing such metals as V,Nb, Cr etc. or their oxide and proper reducer,carbide coatings such as VC,NbC,Cr_7C_3 etc. were formed respectively on the surfaces of those steels. As the bath contained Cr,V_2O_5 and B_4C,a composit carbide coating was formed. Through a series of studies and tests by means of microscope,Xray diffraction and electron probe microanalysis, the formative carbide coatings were proved to be smooth,dense,uniform,well bonded with substrate and have high microhardness and excellent resistance to wear,corrosion and oxidation.
