益欣康泰胶囊对冠心病患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察益欣康泰胶囊对冠心病患者血液流变学的影响。方法 :选择冠心病患者 36例给予益欣康泰胶囊 2粒 /次 ,每天 3次 ,连续 4周 ,服药前后测定血液流变学 6项。结果 :服用益欣康泰胶囊后全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞聚集指数下降均较用药前差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。相对粘度、屈服应力和卡松粘度的下降亦较用药前差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。未发现不良反应。结论 :益欣康泰胶囊能改善血液流变学 ,对冠心病人有改善微循环 ,增加血氧供应的作用。Objective:To observe the influence of YiXinKangTai capsule(YXKT) on blood rheology of coronary heart diseases (CHD). Methods:We selected 36 cases of CHD and administered YXKT 2 capsules three times per day for 4 weeks. We determined 6 items of blood viscosity before and after the therapy.Results:The total blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity and red blood cells gather index were significantly decreased ( P <0.01).The relative viscosity, surrender stree and KaSong viscosity were also significantly decreased ( P <0.05).No side effects occurred. Conclusion:YXKT could improve the blood rheology and supply capillary circulation, increase the blood oxygen supply for CHD.
