摘 要:介绍了无刷直流电机无位置传感器转子位置检测的一种新方法.该方法利用非导通相反电势逻辑电平经逻辑处理后得到一脉冲列,采用PLL锁相技术将脉冲列倍频,通过倍频电路计数器的计数值可以精确检测转子位置.利用数字比较技术将计数值与锁存器中的预置数值比较,可以精确控制绕组电流的最佳换向时刻.通过调节锁存器中的预置值可以方便地调节换向角,非常适用于无刷直流电机的各种控制算法.同时该方法克服了外同步起动过程中易产生的振荡和失步现象.通过实验证明该方法是正确的、有效的.Describes a novel method of detecting for rotor flux position of the brushless DC motor (BLDCM). A pulse line is acquired from electromagnetic force signals in the motor windings that carry no current. Using PLL technology multiples the pulse. The numerical value of counter in multiplefrequency circuit correlates to the position of rotor flux. Comparing the figure of counter with that which is prestored in fliplatch, the best commutation time can be accurately determined. The commutation angle can be flexibly adjusted by varying the prestored figure in fliplatch. This is very fit for multifarious arithmetic of BLDCM. The hunting and outofstep are conquered in the process of start. Experimental results confirm the correctness and effectiveness of this method.
