摘  要:用 Formastor-D 膨胀仪、电镜和 X 射线衍射仪研究了6Cr4W3Mo2VNb(65Nb)钢以马氏体为原始组织加热淬火、回火的工艺及组织。结果表明,相变温度(A_c1、A_c3)因原始组织而异。遗传热处理二次淬火加热的温度范围明显变窄。原始组织不改变65Nb 钢回火的二次硬化机制。回火产生的二次硬化是 M_2C、V_4C_3沉淀所引起,而不是残余奥氏体的转变。马氏体为原始组织使回火二次硬化峰值温度降低。Process and structure of heating during quench hardening andtempering in matrix steel 6Cr4W3Mo2VNb(65Nb)with martensite structure werestudied using Formastor-D dilatometer,transmisson electron microscopy and X-raydiffractometer.The results show that transformation temperatures(A_(c1)、A_(c3))varywith prior structure.The temperature region of heating during secondary quenchhardening of inheriting heat treatment is diminished.The secondary hardeningmechanism during tempering does not change with prior structure.The secondaryhardening during tempering is induced by precipitation of carbides as M_2C andV_4C_3,not by transformation of the retained austenite.The temperature of peak onthe secondary hardening curve is lowered because the martensite is acted as theprior structure.
