摘  要:用光镜及透射电镜研究了几种结构钢经1250℃加热预淬火后再加热到A_c1以上时所形成的奥氏体的形态和晶粒大小,结果得出,与合金结构钢一样,碳素结构钢在以较慢速度加热到A_c1以上时,也能形成针状奥氏体。分析了影响奥氏体形态的诸因素以及针状奥氏体与组织遗传的关系。The morphology and grain Sizses of austenite formed in some stru-ctural carbon steels and alloy steels during reaustenitization,which had beenprequench hardened from 1250℃,were investigated by means of optical andtransmission electron microscopy.It was found that in carbon steels reausteni-tized above Ac_1 temperature under a lower heating rate,the pre-quenched stru-cture was tempered and the recovery occured,while the recrystallization didnot take place,the lath boundary in the original structure remained and car-bides distributed along it,austenite could form at the lath boundary betweenthe carbide and the tempered martensite and grow up into an acicular one,which were the same as that in alloy structural steels.The factors effectingon the morphology of austenite and the relationship between the acicular aus-tenite and the structural inheritance were discussed also.
