摘　　要：简便、快速、准确的自由基检测技术和方法是研究自由基生物学作用机制的关键。本文总结了近年来自由基检测方法在生物领域中新的应用和进展 ,介绍了九十年代以来兴起的电子自旋共振成像技术 (electronspinresonanceimaging ,ESRI)Seeking for convenient, rapid and highly effective techniques of free radical determination is a key point for studying the biologic mechanism of free radicals. This paper reviewed the progress of these techniques in biological domain and described the electron spin resonance imagine (ESRI) technique development since the 1990s.
