专用饲料添加剂对肉用土鸡生长性能和肉质的影响

摘　　要：研究玉米豆粕型日粮中添加土鸡专用饲料添加剂对肉用土鸡生长性能和肉质的影响。结果表明:日增重提高了8.77%(P<0.01),料重比降低6.13%(P<0.05),腹脂率降低24.05%(P<0.05),肌肉中肌红蛋白、鲜味物质肌苷酸和肌内脂肪含量分别提高了48.84%(P<0.05),26.02%(P<0.05)和20.00%(P<0.05),胆固醇和腹脂中粪臭素含量分别降低了23.79%(P<0.05)和24.52%(P<0.05)。胸肌中甘氨酸、酪氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、必需氨基酸总量分别提高了44.97%(P<0.05),37.34%(P<0.05),17.67%(P<0.05),17.39%(P<0.05),29.24%(P<0 05)和13.51%(P<0.05),其它氨基酸成分也有变化,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。This paper reported the effect of addition of special feed additive in maizesoybean type diets on growth and meat quality of domestic chicken. Results shown that addition of special feed additive in maizesoybean type diets increased average daily gain(ADG) by 8.77%(P<0.01),decreased feed gain ratio(F/G) by 6.13%(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, abdominal fat was reduced by 24.05% (P<0.05), the content of myoglobin in muscles, the content of inosinic acid ,and ester extract of muscle were increased by 48.84%(P<0.05), 26.02%(P<0.05), and 20.00%(P<0.05), respectively. The content of cholesterol and skatole in abdominal fat were reduced by 23.79%(P<0.05) and 24.52% (P<0.05), respectively.Furthermore,the contents of of Gly, Tyr, Ile, Lys, Phe ,and EAA in the muscle were increased by 44.97%(P<0.05),37.34%(P<0.05),17.67%(P<0.05),17.39%(P<0.05),29.24%(P<0.05),and 1351%(P<0.05),respectively.However,the contents of other amino acids were not significantly increased by addition of special feed additive.
