甘麦大枣汤及其不同加味对小鼠镇静催眠作用的比较  

Comparison of Sedative-Hypnotic Function Between "Ganmai Dazao Decoction" and Its Modified Prescriptions in Rats

摘　　要：为研究甘麦大枣汤及加味不同药物的镇静催眠作用,112只小鼠随机分为7组,即生理盐水对照组(A),西药对照组(B,安定),方1组(C,甘麦大枣汤原方)、方2组(D,原方加枣仁、夜交藤)、方3组(E,原方加远志、菖蒲)、方4组(F,原方加枳实、竹茹),方5组(G,在上述4方的基础上,加丹参),每组小鼠16只,分别观察上述各方对小鼠自发活动、戊巴比妥钠阈剂量、阈下剂量小鼠睡眠及对硝酸士的宁诱发的惊厥的影响。结果:各用药组均能延长戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠的睡眠时间,E、F组均能增加入睡动物数;F组能降低硝酸士的宁诱发的小鼠惊厥次数。结论:甘麦大枣汤加枳实、竹茹的配伍在延长小鼠睡眠时间、入睡率、降低惊厥数方面,优于其他配伍。To observe the sedative-hypnotic function of 'Ganmai Dazao Decoction' and its modified prescriptions, 112 rats were equally and randomized into seven groups: group A in which normal saline was given,group B in which Valium was given, group C in which 'Ganmai Dazao Decoction' was given, group D in which'Ganmai Dazan Decoction' plus Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Caulis Polygoni Multiflori was given,group E in which 'Ganmai Dazan Decoction' plus Radix Polygalae and Rhizoma Acori Gramineiwas given, group F in which 'Ganmai Dazao Decoction' plus Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Caulis Bambusae in Taeniam was givan,and group G in which 'Ganmai Dazao Decoction' plus Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Caulis Bambusae in Taeniam and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was given. The conditions of spontaneous activity, threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium, sleeping time below threshold dose and convulsion by nitrostrychnine were observed. Results: In the groups except group A, the sleeping time prolonged; in groups E and F,the sleeping rats increased;in group F,the attack of convulsion reduced. It is indicated that 'Ganmai Dazao Decoction' plus Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Caulis Bambusae in Taeniam is better than other medicines in prolonging sleeping time, inducing sleep and relieving convulsion.
