摘  要:采用牛血清白蛋白对壳聚糖纤维进行化学改性 ,通过扫描电镜和含水量测定对改性的牛血清白蛋白壳聚糖纤维进行表征 .并对改性材料进行细胞相容性和细胞亲和性测定与评价 .结果表明 :牛血清白蛋白壳聚糖纤维表面有明显附着物 ,纤维略微变粗 ;含水量增加到 93 49%(质量分数 ) ;细胞在改性壳聚糖纤维上的形态无异常 ,粘附、生长、增殖情况良好 ;细胞毒性试验结果呈阴性 .该改性壳聚糖纤维具有良好的生物学特性 。To improve cell adhesion and growth on chitosan fibers (CF), bovine serum albumin (BSA) was chemically grafted to its surface. The surface of CF was treated by periodate oxidation and then connected with BSA. Scan electron microscopy and water content measurement were performed to characterize the novel material (bovine serum albumin-chitosan fibers, BSA-CF). To evaluate the biocompatibility and cellular affinity of BSA-CF, cell toxicity, cell attachment and proliferation on BSA-CF were detected. The results show that some attachment on the surface of BSA-CF can be observed under scan electron spectroscopy. Water content is 93.49% in mass fraction and cell morphology and quantity on the matrix have no abnormity. The BSA-CF is proved to be with excellent biocompatibility and cellular affinity. In conclusion, the novel material is useful for the maintenance of cells on chemically defined dressing for enhancing tissue repair or matrix for tissue engineering.
