摘  要:从爆裂机理研究出发 ,针对高强砂浆等试件 ,利用明火加热炉 ,开展了一系列试验 .发现爆裂与很多因素有关 ,例如随温度的升高和时间的延长 ,爆裂加剧 ;硅灰掺合料会使爆裂更易发生 ;而聚丙烯 (PP)纤维的加入可以抑制爆裂的发生 ,降低爆裂程度 .试验用PCK方法测试了胶砂试件的吸水性 ,并探讨了吸水性和试件爆裂的关系 。From spalling mechanism, a series of experiments with samples aiming at high strength mortar were performed utilizing fuel furnace. The results show that the spalling is related to many factors. For example, with temperature rising or time prolonged, spalling intensify; and spalling is prone to happen when silica fume is added; however, polypropylene (PP) fibre can constrict spalling and reduce the spalling degree. The PCK method was used to measure the water absorption of mortar specimen and the relationship between absorption and spalling was discussed. It is indicated that the specimen with PP fiber, therefore with high water absorption, is not prone to spalling.
