N-苯基马来酰亚胺合成工艺的研究

摘　　要：以顺酐和苯胺为原料 ,采用 2 ,5 -二甲基苯磺酸作催化剂 ,采用两步法制得了N -苯基马来酰亚胺。本文对合成中溶剂的选择 ,催化剂种类及其用量的选择 ,反应时间的确定 ,提纯方案的确定进行了实验探索 ,使其产品收率为 92 % ,产品纯度为 99% ,熔点在 88～ 92℃。Using aniline and maleic anhydride as materials, the N-phenylmaleinmide is prepared with two-step method. Discuss the influence of solvent, the type and the quantity of catalyst, the reaction time and the progrom of purfication to the reaction. The yield of production is 92%, the purity is 99% and the melting point was 88～92℃.
