青连空气消毒剂的研制与杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制中药空气消毒剂青连液的消毒效果。方法实验室对青连液单味药提取物的杀菌效果、不同浓度的杀菌效果分别进行对比 ;原液对病室空气自然菌消毒前后的效果、与 0 5 %的过氧乙酸的杀菌效果分别进行对比。结果青连消毒剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌 10min杀菌率达 10 0 % ,效果好于单味药提取物 ;对病室空气自然菌杀灭率均 >92 % ;与过氧乙酸杀菌作用基本相同 ,均 >91%。Objective To study the sterilization effect of self-made Qinglian TCM air disinfectant Method Compared with air disinfection effect of the extract of single TCM and sterilization effect of different density solution of QiangLian solution with each other through the laboratory. The effect of sterilization is also compared with0.5% acetylperoxide. Results The original QiangLian disinfectant can kill the staphylococcus aureus, colibacillus and candida albicans in ten minutes. The bactericidal rate if 100%. The effect is better than the rxtract of single TCM. The bactericidal rate of killing the natural germs in the airis past 92%. The action of sterilization is essential as the same as the acetyperoxide, and their sterilization rates are all exceed 91%. Conclusion QiangLian solution is a kind of pure TCM air disinfectant. It has no stimulus to the human body.
