摘　　要：目的为达到IVP造影前排空大便。方法将 10 0例IVP造影病人随机分实验组 (A组 )和对照组 (B组 )。A组用 0 9%盐水清洁灌肠 ,B组用番泻叶冲服。结果A组与B组X线摄片清晰度比较。A组比B组较有显著差异 ,P <0 0 5。结论IVP造影前用 0 9%盐水清洁肠道比番泻叶冲服泌尿系的显示更清楚 ,病人也容易接受。Objective To compare the method of intestinal cleaning for IVP radiography. Method 100 cases patients for IVP radiograph were selected and divided into experiment (A group) and control (B group ) group. Group A was given 0.9% saline water enema, group B was given senna leaf take with water.Result The articulation of X-ray photo in group A is clearer than that of group B. There is significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion 0.9 % saline water enema before IVP radiography will get more clear photo than that of take senna leaf with water, and easier accepted by patients.
