摘　　要：软件资源是现代企业进行生产和经营的重要工具资源。结合成都、德阳、绵阳区域网络化制造系统的开发实践,分析了企业对软件资源共享的需求;探讨了实现软件资源跨Internet异地共享的主要关键技术。在此基础上开发了资源优化配置平台的原型系统,论述了原型系统开发中软件资源共享的主要解决方案的技术实现及其应用特点。The software resource is an important kind of tool resources in the production and operation activities of a modern enterprise. The software resource sharing demands are analyzed according to the development practice of the Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang Region's networked manufacturing system. The key technologies to realize the software resources sharing through Internet by distributed people are discussed. Then, a prototype system for optimally allocating and restructuring resources is established and its technique characteristics are described.
