摘 要:根据近些年黄河源区的降雨径流特点及生态环境的变化,分析黄河源区断流的原因主要是降水量偏少、气候偏暖及人类活动影响等.黄河源区断流引起生态环境恶化,而生态环境恶化又促进了断流的发生,两者之间形成恶性循环.最后根据黄河源区的自然条件和断流成因初步提出了预防断流的对策:加强黄河源区水文、气象及生态环境监测和科学实验研究;加强黄河源区水利工程的统一规划管理和水量统一调度管理;制定、完善各种法律法规,加强环境治理.The causes of the river drying up are analyzed based on the characteristics of precipitation and runoff and variation of the ecological environment in this region in recent years, including the small amount of precipitation, climate warming up, and human activities. The drying up of the Yellow River causes the deterioration of the ecological environment, meanwhile, the deterioration of the ecological environment accelerates the process of river drying up, forming a vicious circle. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed for prevention of the river drying up, i.e. strengthening hydrologic, meteorologic, and eco environmental monitoring and experimental research, intensifying unified planning and management of hydro projects and unified operation and management of water volume in the source region of the Yellow River, and establishing and perfecting laws and regulations to improve the eco environment.
