胡桃楸的抗肿瘤活性研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究胡桃楸抗肿瘤活性。方法 :以Hela、PC 3、HLF细胞为靶细胞 ,同时用DNA片断分析靶细胞凋亡情况。结果 :胡桃楸提取液中的有效组份对体外培养的肿瘤细胞有直接的细胞毒作用 ,LC50 为 9～ 13μg·mL-1。荷瘤鼠的体内试验结果表明 ,胡桃楸提取液的有效组份剂量为 12mg·kg-1时 ,对抑制体内肿瘤组织生长有显著效果 ,抑瘤率为4 2 .2 1%。结论 :胡桃楸有抗肿瘤活性 ,有可能作为有效的端粒酶活性抑制剂。Objective: To study the effect of Juglans Mandshuria on tumor cells. Methods : The apoptotic effect on the Hela、PC-3 of tumor cells was observed by agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA fragments. Results : It has directly cytotoxicity on tumor cells, LC 50 is about 9～15μg·mL -1 . Based on this, the inoculating trial on entity tumor in vivo administrated by hypodermic injection on mouse had the same effect as in vitro, the high-dose group (12mg·kg -1 ) can decrease the weight of tumor to 42.21%. Conclusion : Juglans Mandsshurica has the inhibition of tumor.
