摘  要:结合石油化工中族组成和煤化工中传统的模型化合物的研究方法,对煤的等离子体热解进行了研究。等离子体热解产物和其组成的相互依赖关系;利用和煤的组成相似性的汽油、柴油、液体石蜡、苯、甲苯和二甲苯等有机物进行了电弧等离子体热解试验,用GC对热解产物气进行了分析。将试验结果和煤的热解结果进行了比较,同时对于结焦机理进行了探讨。结果表明煤中的脂肪簇、脂环族是生成乙炔的主要来源,芳香族是结焦的主要来源等。结论均和理论能够很好地吻合。In the paper,we research the plasma pyrolysis of coal with the cultural module compounds and PONA which is often used in petrol chemistry.PONA is a mean to character the fractators of oil.PONA is shorted for Paraffin,Olefin,Naphthene and Aromatic.Investigated the relation of pyrolysis products and its constitute.Using some compounds or mixtures which are similar in components with coal,for instance petrol oil,diesel oil,liquid wax,benzene,toluene,dimethylbenzene,we carried out arc plasma pyrolysis.H2,CO,CO2,CH4,C2H2,C2H4,C2H6 among the products of pyrolysis is identified by in-situ gas chromatographic analysis.Subsequently,compare the experimental results of coal with those of model compounds.It can conclude that acetylene is formed principally from the aliphatic and alicyclic components of coal structure and that coking machanism.These conclusions corresponds very well to archives reported.
