摘 要:用钢制圆柱锥体对四步法三维编织芳纶/环氧复合材料在MTS材料试验机上作准静态侵彻测试,得到准静态侵彻载荷一位移曲线,并由此计算得到侵彻功一位移曲线。在对复合材料侵彻破坏的细观观测中发现,复合材料主要以拉伸断裂方式为主并在受侵彻面伴有压缩和剪切破坏。由于弹道侵彻破坏很难测量侵彻过程中的侵彻功随侵彻位移的变化,这里用有限元程序LS-DYNA960并结合由准静态得到的破坏判据、复合材料力学性质常数模拟动态侵彻,对比准静态侵彻功一位移曲线和弹道侵彻模拟曲线,两者有较好的一致性,表明用该类复合材料的准静态侵彻性能模拟弹道侵彻性能有一定的可行性。Our study aims at the feasibility of obtaining ballistic impact penetration property of three-dimensional four-step braided Twaron /epoxy composite from quasi-static penetration test results. The quasi-static penetration test was conducted at MTS using a steel conically-cylindral indentor to obtain the penetration load-displacement curve and penetration work-displacement curve. From the observation of damage region of composite by SEM, it was found that the tensile failure is the main failure mode, also combined with little compressive damage and shear damage on the penetration surface. Because of the difficulty of measuring the change of penetration work during the ballistic impact penetration, commercially available finite element analysis code LS-DYNA960 is incorporated with the mechanical property of three-dimensional braided composite and the failure mode from quasi-static penetration to simulate the ballistic impact response From the comparison of penetration work-displacement relationship, it is proven that we could obtain ballistic penetration property from quasi-static penetration test with high precision.
