摘 要:以复方连翘-金银花超临界CO2流体萃取物中的蜡质成分为对象,通过碱催化使蜡降解为相应的脂肪酸和脂肪醇,分别将它们衍生为脂肪酸乙酯和脂肪醇乙酸酯,然后进行GC-MS测定。结果表明该蜡质主要含有3类物质:C16~C30的长链饱和脂肪酸和C20~C30的脂肪醇构成的酯、C24~C34的正构烷烃以及香树精脂等三萜类或其他多环化合物。The waxes separated from the fructusforsythia and floslonicera essential oil extracted with supercritical CO2 were analyzed. The procedure of analysis of the waxes includes KOH catalyzed ethanolysis, separation and derivation of the ethanolysis products. The two fractions resulted were analyzed by GCMS. The analytical results show that the waxes are composed of esters made up by C16~C30 fatty acids and C20~C30 fatty alcoholes, C24~C34 alkanes and polycyclic compounds such as α and βamyrin.
