摘 要:采用 BOD5/ COD比值法和好氧呼吸曲线法在国内外首次针对高浓度有机氰废水及其污染物进行了全面的好氧可生化性的研究。结果表明 ,6种废水中 ,一段、二段急冷废水的可生化性能很差 ,很难用生化法进行处理 ;四效蒸发液 ,四效冷凝液可生化性较好适于生化处理 ,腈纶工艺废水在低浓度下 ,可以用生化法处理 ;高浓度有机氰废水中的 9种污染物 ,丙烯腈、乙腈、丙烯酸、CN-的好氧可生化性能较差 ,高浓度下对活性污泥有抑制作用 ,聚合物的可生化性能最差 。Comprehensive study on the aerobic biodegradable performance of organic cyanogens anion wastewater and its pollutants was carried out firstly in home and on abroad in this atricle with the methods (1)the ratio of BOD 5/COD and (2)aerobic breathing curves.The results showed the two appraise methods drew a conclusion unanimously,that is,the biodegradable performance of the first and second section of quench wastewater were nearly not probable,while the ones of quadruple effect evaporating raffinate and condenser wastewater were good and the one of quadruple effect evaporating raffinate is better than one of quadruple effect evaporating condenser.With the low concentration,the technology wastewater containing nitrile is suitable for biochemical treatment. This article also showed that in the pollutants of organic cyanogens anion wastewater,acrylontrile,acetonitrile,acrolein and cyanogens anion's biodegradable performance was very bad,which had inhibitory action to activated sludge in high concentration and polymers were the worst in aerobic performance.
