摘 要:挤胀成型作为一种金属压力加工方法已经得到深入研究并获得广泛的实际应用。目前还没有对塑料材料挤胀成型方法进行系统研究的文献报道。在首先介绍了挤胀成型的起源及研究进展后,通过比较挤胀成型方法与常规塑料成型加工方法的优缺点,认为挤胀成型是一种新的有应用潜力的加工技术。以塑料三通挤胀成型过程为例,介绍了挤胀成型过程中胀形介质、成型力等的影响,并在自行研制的挤胀成型实验设备上成型了不同类型的制品。Bulge forming (BF) process as a metal working operation has received comprehensive investigation.The process and its products have been widely used in many areas.However,there are few papers published to deal with the plastic bulge forming (the application of BF technique to polymer processing,PBF).Compared to the conventional polymer processing such as extrusion,injection molding and blow molding processes, the PBF process is relatively new,and therefore,there is no extensive knowledge base for tool and process design.The progresses and features of the BF process are reviewed and the advantages of the PBF are discussed.Plastic tee forming procedure is taken as an example to illustrate the PBF process.Different products formed by selfdeveloped PBF testbench are presented.
