摘　　要：往复螺杆捏合机以螺杆既转动又往复运动的独特工作原理被广泛应用。就往复螺杆捏合机螺杆与多齿型机筒的结构特点、行程和工作原理进行了论述,综合分析了节能降耗、温度均匀、混炼和泵送等方面的良好性能,并说明该捏合机仅以一部机器就能适应多种配混工艺的优异特性。The reciprocating screw kneader working in a unique principle of revolutionary and reciprocal movement coexistence of the screw has an extensive application increasingly.The properties such as the energy saving and power consumption decreasing,the homogenization of temperature,mixing and pumping etc.of the kneader are synthetically analyzed with regard to the structural characteristics,stroke and acting principle of its screw and multipins type barrel.The excellent properties of many mixing technologies can be suited by the only one machine.
